Denise, David, Nora and Erin

34 years ago the local fishmonger joined the chef at an all-night staff party.

Fast forward 34 years, and it's still a romantic love story.

Denise and David are married, have two teenage daughters who both work in the business, two active dogs, and live in the Byron Bay hinterland.

They've owned Earth 'n' Sea Pizza and Pasta - undoubtedly the best Italian Restaurant Byron Bay - for the past 18 years, have ridden it like a wave, through four restaurant moves, menu changes and the highs and lows of owning a restaurant in seasonal Byron Bay. What a ride it's been - and it ain't slowing down yet!!
