We are Moving...

Earth 'n' Sea Byron Bay is MOVING location from Lawson Street

Our new restaurant will be located on the corner of Fletcher & Byron Streets in the new development.  Opening October 2008, we will be ready and waiting with open arms and ringing bells.

Until then we pizzaholics can't stand not being surrounded by pizza, so we will be operating from our Suffolk Park restaurant (just behind the Pub) from Monday 30th June, 7 days a week, from 5pm with great deals to remind you that we are still alive & kicking! '

Sign Stolen!

After 11 years, our iconic Lawson Street restaurant has a new home – corner of Fletcher & Byron Streets in the new development.

A massive banner was secured to the old roof to promote this fact. It read in 1.5m tall red lettering “WE ARE MOVING” and last Saturday night it was stolen.

Did someone need it? Can it be used without someone spotting it? Is this a protest about a local institution being shut for 3 months? Did someone think we were not coming back and wanted memorabilia?

“Maybe it wasn’t the prettiest sign” said owner David Woolsey “but it was only going to be up for a week or 2.”

Doors shut last weekend but a much improved wider glass pair plan to reopen in October. Most of the local staff (with 100 years combined service) will be coming across or migrating south for the winter as its business as usual at the Suffolk Park restaurant with some enticing deals to keep customers happily fed.

“We are very excited about the new premises – improved layout & lunchtime opening but for those who cannot wait – give us a call or come and see us at Suffolk Park.”

Byron’s longest established Pizza & Pasta provider will re-open in town with a party and a fundraiser for the BYS planned.
